Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Address client issues, concerns, or complaints related to their real estate transactions promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with sales professionals and teams to resolve client problems
  • Update and maintain accurate client records
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness for client information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the given designation is required
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes, market trends, and product types
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Salary: Approximately ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum of 1 year
