Job Overview:

A Business Development Associate's role is to support the sales team by gathering and qualifying data related to our potential target market and establishing connections through various outreach methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify ideal customer companies and persona profiles
  • Gather leads through research, databases, online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo), events, and other channels
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research about our ICPs and compile a list of potential clients
  • Leverage various outreach methods to connect with potential customers
  • Effectively qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes
  • Maintain and update a robust lead management system (CRM) with accurate and timely data
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement

Candidate Profile:

  • Must be internet savvy and able to research information using various search engines, directories, and networking-related sites
  • Flexible thinking and problem-solving skills to enable quick resolution to unique challenges
  • Deadline-driven with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • A bachelor's degree in any field; a master's degree is preferred

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately ₹720,000 - ₹1,080,000 based on factors like location, experience, and qualifications.
