Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase market share within a particular marketplace.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and enhance revenue.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality of services.

Requirements
  • Graduates in business or engineering with 2-5 years of experience in business development roles with end-to-end responsibility.
  • Experience managing rural areas sales exposure is preferred.
  • B2B sales exposure in FMCG/FMCG/Ecommerce industries with hands-on understanding of credit facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Should have managed operations, with a track record of bringing process efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong desire to travel across rural areas in the assigned geography.
