Lead Marketplace Business Executive

The Souled Store is a vibrant youth casual-wear brand born in 2013.

We boast licenses like Disney and Warner Bros, and push the boundaries of youth style and fashion trends.

Our portfolio has expanded exponentially, covering core apparel categories to activewear, supima products, innerwear, and personal care products.

We've recently ventured into footwear and kidswear.

We're primarily an online brand but have successfully entered the offline retail space with stores across Pan India.

You'll be responsible for overseeing marketplace business for fashion brands.

This includes expertise in Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller panels, and OMS – Univommerce/Vinculum/Incref.

You'll lead PnL calculation and convert it into actionable day-to-day decisions.

You'll manage a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and number crunching for executive decisions.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business.
  • Effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in AI tools (SQL, Python, etc.) and 7+ years of experience in Marketplaces or similar fields.
