Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and profitability.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional who can work closely with the Business Head to achieve targeted budgets and market shares by sustaining high-volume brands, developing a robust secondary brand portfolio, and enhancing profitability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deploy a robust marketing mix aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze data to assess trends, customer segments, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Recommend strategic entry into new therapies and specialties, aligned with divisional vision.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies and tactics to drive project success and growth.
  • Sustain and grow established brands and line extensions with effective promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market & Customer Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation.
    • Promote differentiated value propositions and ensure strong field force alignment.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Therapy Heads (GPMs) and Product Managers.
    • Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability.
  • Field Force Support & Training:
    • Train the field team on promotional themes and monitor implementation effectiveness.
