We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Ads Planner to join our team at OmnicomX Group.
This is a strategic role that requires ownership and drive real impact in planning and executing programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in programmatic media planning, proficiency in at least one DSP, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluent English communication.
Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns, conducting audience segmentation and media planning, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, etc.).
- Conduct audience segmentation and media planning to achieve campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones to deliver high-quality results.
A successful Programmatic Ads Planner will stay current with the latest trends in ad tech and data privacy, be self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently.
