Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital content strategist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content: Plan and oversee the creation of photo, video, and graphic content tailored for each social media platform.
  • Grow social media presence: Manage and grow Qua's presence on Instagram, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ideate and execute campaigns: Develop and execute high-impact digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Foster community engagement: Foster an active and engaged community by responding to comments, DMs, and collaborating with influencers.
  • Track and analyse performance: Track and analyze performance metrics, optimize content, and implement insights for better results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty).
  • Aesthetic sense: A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion branding.
  • Communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
  • Creative ideation: Ability to ideate and execute creative, trend-driven content.
  • Digital campaign experience: Experience in running and managing digital campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Analytics tools: Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
