**Campaign Strategist Opportunity**

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that drive results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. You should have a proven track record of success in campaign management, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute ideas and strategies towards the roll-out of campaign initiatives
  • Project-manage campaign initiatives end-to-end
  • Undertake research and present findings towards formulating on-ground initiatives
  • Possess high-quality problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to propose practical solutions for issues
  • Have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institutions
  • 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work, stay and travel in West Bengal
  • Context and understanding of West Bengal's culture, geography, and political landscape will be a plus
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali
