We're on the hunt for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our marketing squad, you'll be responsible for driving campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and Snapchat.

Your primary goal will be to take ownership of client accounts, ensuring their success and growth through effective campaign planning, management, and optimization.

You'll work closely with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client objectives, leveraging your expertise in paid advertising to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple channels
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), growth, and retention
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing timely reports and insights
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV))

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta and Google required; Snapchat is a bonus)

• A proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably

• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
