We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Performance Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute digital ad campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to achieve top performance.
  • Conversion Tracking and Analytics: Set up and optimize conversion APIs for accurate event tracking and reliable campaign measurement.
  • Reporting and Insights: Monitor campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for scaling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership to align ad campaigns with business objectives and growth milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with successful ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion APIs, pixel implementation, and advanced campaign tracking.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics and the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
  • An independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
