Marketing Strategist Wanted

We seek a creative and detail-oriented marketing strategist to lead influencer-led initiatives for a fast-growing beauty brand.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the female beauty, skincare, and grooming space. This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, and grooming categories.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty and personal care influencer space to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.
Key Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
