Job Title: Social Media Strategist

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced social media strategist to lead our social growth engine and drive brand visibility, community reach, and measurable revenue via various social platforms.

As the head of social media, you will be responsible for owning social media P&L across all brands, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable revenue. This includes architecting 90-day growth roadmaps, building viral campaigns, running performance-driven funnels, tracking core KPIs, managing and mentoring designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies, expanding community ecosystems on WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed groups, collaborating with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams, and continuously experimenting with formats, tools, and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Manage social media budgets and track ROI to ensure maximum impact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to create engaging content and campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize social media performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including CEO/Founder & CXO team, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in leading social media for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts or driving measurable revenue via social media.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, excellent storytelling, positioning, and community engagement skills.
  • Prior experience in team building and agency management.
  • Passion for spirituality/astrology or openness to immerse in the category.
