Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Varanasi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating and curating content, and optimizing social media posts. Daily tasks will include monitoring engagement metrics, creating engaging post with high quality design, communicating with followers, and staying updated on social media trends. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficient in developing Content Strategies and Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Creativity and ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends
  • Proficient in creating engaging graphic design for social media
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts for social media
  • Sound knowledge of AI tools used in social media content and design
