Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by addressing unique customer needs.
You will develop business plans aligned with geographic and business objectives, and collaborate with marketing to execute marketing strategies.
This role involves heavy Enterprise sales where we seek candidates who have driven high ticket sizes, revenues on ARR/MRR basis, and understand long sales cycles from a business perspective.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and providing appropriate information and solutions.
- Engaging with business partners as necessary.
- Following up on all leads and ensuring internal systems are updated.
- Understanding and navigating the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
- Developing a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating core company values.
- Coordinating sales support functions with technical sales staff.
- Leveraging relationships to open new business opportunities.
- Directly managing a growing team responsible for acquiring new customers and managing client relationships across the region.
You will develop the North India region from a P&L and numbers perspective, focusing on enterprise clients, including large restaurant chains and cafes.
Collaborate with the sales team to penetrate targeted accounts with strategic approaches based on territory.
Research new accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
Utilize tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn to plan and document activities.
Requirements:- 8-12 years of experience in SAAS/B2B product organizations.
- Lead generation to closure role with a focus on outbound reach and inbound support.
- Based in Delhi Head office with travel requirements across North India.
- Reports to GM India and Global sales.
