Job Description
  • Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive business impact through strategic initiatives.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts aligned with company culture and objectives, driving succession planning and career development programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Support managers in fair and consistent performance evaluations, implementing performance improvement plans and coaching for growth.
  • Assist in organizational change management and restructuring, facilitating training and skill enhancement programs.
  • Leverage HR metrics to inform decision-making, preparing and presenting HR reports to senior leadership.
