Job Role: Billing Specialist
Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role is to prepare and process billing documents in a timely and accurate manner. This involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the process.
In addition to preparing billing documents, the successful candidate will also be responsible for entering data accurately into various systems to modify projects. They will need to possess strong analytical skills and be able to independently resolve complex issues that may arise during the course of their work.
Another key aspect of this role is delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. This requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in a billing position
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Project Billing and/or Project Accounting experience preferred
- Experience in legal billing preferred

OthersThe successful candidate will be required to work comfortably within the North America time-zone and will need to have advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, they will need to be familiar with Windows Operating Systems (desktop and network), network storage and archival technologies.
