Role & responsibilities

Site Billing w.r.t Auto Cad drawings and certifying the measurements from Clients with supported documents.

Bill Preparation: Prepare and process client bills, contractor bills, subcontractor bills, RA bills (Interim Payment Certificates), and final bills.

Quantity Verification: Read and interpret Bill of Quantities (BOQ) documents and project drawings to take out quantities. Measure and verify work done at the site through measurement books and Joint Measurement Records (JMRs).

Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis: Prepare detailed project cost estimates, perform rate analysis for extra or new items, and identify and prepare extra items not covered in the original contract.

Financial Tracking: Track project expenses, monitor costs against the budget, and manage financial expenditures.

Invoicing: Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables.

Contract Compliance: Ensure billing operations and payments align with contractual terms and conditions.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of all billing-related activities, documents, and financial transactions.

Issue Resolution: Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with clients and internal teams.

Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing and provide billing-related information to clients as needed.

Site Coordination: Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to gather necessary information and ensure work progress.
