Job Purpose:

To manage and process invoices accurately and on time, ensuring proper billing of logistics services and coordination with internal departments and external clients for smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate invoices
  • Verify supporting documents such as delivery challans
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate billing
  • Handle client queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and update billing records and documentation
  • Assist with reconciliation of accounts and follow up on payments
  • Support monthly closing processes and reporting
  • Scanning of invoices
  • Reconciliation of billing data & Submission of bills

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts (logistics industry preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or ERP billing systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
