Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Plan and coordinate business operations to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing align with scope and timelines.
  • Maintain records, update CRM, and generate regular reports and forecasts.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks including scheduling, travel bookings, and timeline management.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google sheets and Microsoft tools.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of billing and invoicing processes.
