Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

  • To handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling, customer inquiries, and general office management.
  • Manage office communications effectively to maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain and organize office records, filing, and customer data securely.
  • Assist with order processing and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for the team, including coordinating trade show and festival logistics efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills essential.
