Core Finance Operations Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join as a co-pilot, managing core finance operations and contributing to strategic decision-making.

You will take ownership of everything from bookkeeping to FP&A while also shadowing the founder on growth, business strategy, and investor-related matters.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end bookkeeping, bills receivable/payable tracking, and invoice management
  • GST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances as applicable
  • Cash flow management and cost optimization tracking
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Expense reporting, reconciliations, and building scalable financial systems

Growth & Strategy includes:

  • Shadow the founder in high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and strategy discussions
  • Support in market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiatives
  • Create board-level decks, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making

Analytics & Reporting includes:

  • Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards
  • Analyze KPIs, cost structures, and growth levers using Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)

We're looking for someone with strong financial acumen, hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&A, and advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a strong advantage.
