  • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive profitable growth across the region.
  • Deal Pricing & Governance: Oversee pricing for complex deals ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • P&L Management: Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads to ensure alignment with budgeted targets.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics to provide accurate projections.
  • Profitability & Performance Analysis: Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses to identify areas of improvement and recommend actions to increase margins and cash flow.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders to inform strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.
  • Repository & Reporting: Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.
  • Expense Management: Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Industry & Competitive Analysis: Track market/competitor movements in India and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

  • Qualifications: Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling using MS Excel and financial systems.
  • Experience: Qualified CA is mandatory with a minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations.
