Transforming Finance Performance
About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to drive finance transformation initiatives for clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in standardizing processes, automating workflows, and designing target operating models.
Main Responsibilities:- Support process standardization, automation, and TOM design to enhance client finance operations.
- Contribute to setting up Shared Services and Global Capability Centres (GCCs), improving finance processes across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A.
- Analyze finance operating models, ERP systems, and digital tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop client solutions and presentations.
- Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis; ERP experience is an asset.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work on off-site projects and travel when required.
