Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our transformation under GenpactNext, focusing on the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting. This role involves driving the shift to Agentic AI Solutions, domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients.

The successful candidate will be part of our team, leading complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope. They will also provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
  • Strong project and people management experience.
