Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our leadership team.

As a key member, you will collaborate with senior management to define and execute financial strategy, ensuring long-term success and stability.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, creating strategic financial plans, optimizing processes, and contributing to organizational growth and financial health.

  • Manage company finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance in various regions.
  • Supervise accounts receivable, payable, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports on yearly, quarterly, and monthly performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assist in budget preparation at both organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing explanations for discrepancies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with global reach.
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
