About the Role:
The Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities in India, including the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Equipment Cooling Water (ECW), vacuum systems, compressed air systems, and other gases. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring job site safety during project phases and promoting a culture of safety throughout the operations phase.
- Providing project management for manufacturing capital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Leading a team of technicians to deliver high-quality outcomes and achieve project objectives.
- Establishing project plans, scopes, schedules, cost estimates, procurement strategies, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborating with business leaders to prepare and approve Capital Requests.
- Conducting project meetings, documenting key issues, action items, and decisions.
- Establishing and coordinating steering committees for key projects.
- Providing regular project updates to customers and cross-functional management.
About You:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Manager who has:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in utilities or facilities management in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
