Sales Operations Planning Team Lead

Job Description

The Sales Operations Planning Team Lead is responsible for leading and facilitating the monthly sales operations planning process. This involves ensuring that all necessary inputs, outputs, and discussions take place on a regular cadence, enabling consensus-driven actions and decisions for internal business planning within demand, supply, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate the monthly SOP process to ensure timely input, output, and discussion among stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to incorporate promotions and new product forecasts into aggregate demand.
  • Facilitate monthly business review meetings and provide vital materials and inputs to enable leadership decision-making regarding resource allocation and plans to mitigate supply imbalances.
  • Collaborate with supply planning teams to prepare medium to long-term supply projections, including capacity plans, supplier risks, and insights to drive and advise the Supply Review meeting and business discussions.
  • Leverage planning tools to gather data for analysis and supervise key indicators to ensure alignment with financial planning and identify gaps or discrepancies in plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement of best-in-class demand planning and SOP processes, working closely with the Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) for implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations planning, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage planning tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
