Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will manage the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing customer service operations, conducting market analysis, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to improve their performance and enhance their skills.
