The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing effective sales strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks include overseeing customer service operations, analyzing market trends to identify sales opportunities, and providing ongoing training and support to the sales team. The role also includes direct communication with clients to understand their needs and close sales deals.QualificationsTeam Management and Leadership skills3-5 years of experience in real estate is a must.Strong Sales and Customer Service skillsAnalytical Skills to interpret market data and trendsEffective Communication skills for client interaction and team coordinationExperience in the real estate industry is a plus.Ability to motivate and manage a team efficientlyAbility to do cross sell.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
