Job Title: Team Lead – Inside Sales (IT Services)

Location: Pune (Baner)

Experience: 4 to 10 Years (with 2 Years in a Team Lead Role)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales executives.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Lead Management: Drive lead generation and qualification efforts to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Training & Reviews: Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Client Handling: Manage client meetings, negotiations, and closures when required.
Requirements (Skills & Experience):
  • Experience: 4–10 years in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role .
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, staff augmentation, and software development life cycle (SDLC) .
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership , communication , and interpersonal skills .
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
  • Zoho CRM Expertise:
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor sales performance.
  • Use Zoho CRM to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and handle client communications.
