Job Title: Team Lead – Inside Sales (IT Services)
Location: Pune (Baner)
Experience: 4 to 10 Years (with 2 Years in a Team Lead Role)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales executives.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, activities, and opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Lead Management: Drive lead generation and qualification efforts to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Training & Reviews: Conduct training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Client Handling: Manage client meetings, negotiations, and closures when required.
- Experience: 4–10 years in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role .
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, staff augmentation, and software development life cycle (SDLC) .
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership , communication , and interpersonal skills .
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
- Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
- Zoho CRM Expertise:
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor sales performance.
- Use Zoho CRM to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and handle client communications.
