Job Summary:

As the Inside Sales Team Lead in our B2C Online Fitness and Nutrition business, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on revenue growth, customer retention, and new customer acquisition. You'll drive process improvements to enhance team productivity, implement effective training, and ensure team KPIs are met. Collaborating with other departments, you'll contribute to strategy development and optimize service quality. This role is key to our vision of empowering individuals to live healthier lives through personalized fitness and nutrition solutions.

Building, leading, and motivating a high-performing sales team to meet targets.

Continuously improving sales processes to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

Driving customer retention, win-back strategies, and acquiring new customers.

Implementing effective training programs to develop team skills and performance.

Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for process improvement.

Managing incentive programs to keep the team motivated and aligned with goals.

Collaborating with other functions to streamline processes and enhance service quality.

Supporting long-term strategy development while ensuring operational efficiency and team growth.

Sales Leadership & Team Handling: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets while fostering collaboration and maintaining morale.

Customer-Centric Sales Approach: Focused on building long-term customer relationships, driving retention, and delivering tailored solutions.

B2C Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement: Expertise in developing B2C sales strategies to acquire customers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

CRM & Sales Forecasting: Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer interactions and forecasting sales trends to plan for future growth.

Lead Generation & Negotiation: Skilled in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and effectively managing negotiations to close deals.

Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to streamline processes for improved productivity, using data to refine strategies and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborating with teams across functions and managing projects to improve service quality and business performance.

Nutrition & Fitness Knowledge: Strong understanding of fitness, nutrition, and wellness trends, with certifications (e.g., Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach) being a plus.

Other Qualifications:

Strong understanding of CRM software and sales automation tools.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Fitness or Nutrition certifications (e.g., Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, or Health Coach) are highly desirable.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in the fitness and wellness industry.
