We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our bidding team and drive higher conversion rates on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategies for optimizing proposals and selecting high-value projects
  • Mentor a team of bidders to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Drive higher conversion rates through effective proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication
  • Work with international clients across various regions, including the USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Australia
  • Develop expertise in software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, and Salesforce
  • Analyze data and track performance using strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ensure excellent written and spoken English skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects
  • Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members)
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication
  • Must have worked with international clients across various regions
  • Knowledge of software development services
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
