Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Bid Management Executive located in Hyderabad. The Jr. Bid Management Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire bid process, from initial inquiry to proposal submission. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and collaborating with various internal teams to gather necessary information. The role also involves maintaining a bid repository and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in the bid management process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bid management, bid coordination, and proposal writing
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
