Job Summary

As a seasoned professional in bid management and tendering, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end bid processes for government clients, PSUs, and private companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy projects by identifying relevant tenders through various resources and well-versed with bidding processes on government portals.
  • Lead the team in preparing pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, and attending pre-bid meetings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and coordinate with central functions for bid compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Execution team and maintain relationships with external parties for bidding jobs.
  • Liaise and manage day-to-day correspondence, including legal contractual correspondence with customers.
  • Generate MIS reports and tender tracking updates to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Achieve order booking targets from tenders and forecast business sales to ensure new empanelment and renewal of existing contracts with PSU and other agencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 10 years of experience in bidding/Tendering; overall 10-15 years of experience.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Strategic / Operational Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Bidding & Tendering activities.
  • Strong strategic and analytical ability, good writing, and calculation skills.
