Tendering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tendering Manager to lead our tendering and bidding process end-to-end in the solar industry.

  • Review, analyze, and prepare responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs for proposals.
  • Prepare technical and commercial bids ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive bids.
  • Track live tenders, monitor bid submissions, and maintain a tender pipeline database.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities during pre-bid and post-bid stages.
  • Support contract negotiations and handover to project execution teams after award.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Energy related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or proposals in the solar/renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Solar EPC.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
