Bid Opportunity Analyst

The successful Bid Opportunity Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing bid opportunities from various government platforms. The role involves evaluating Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and Request for Quotes (RFQs) to ensure alignment with eligibility, scope, NAICS codes, and set-aside requirements. Additionally, the analyst will support pricing strategies by conducting basic cost and competitor analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze bid opportunities from government platforms
- Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to ensure alignment with eligibility, scope, NAICS codes, and set-aside requirements
- Support pricing strategies by conducting basic cost and competitor analyses
- Maintain accurate documentation and dashboards for active and historical proposals

Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of experience in bid analysis, proposal coordination, or contracts
- Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Understanding of NAICS codes, set-aside categories, and proposal compliance
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
