We seek a results-driven Cluster Manager/Team Leader to lead our HNI Sales team in Stock/Equity Broking.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire High Net Worth relationships and effectively manage a team of Relationship Managers.
- Establish strong ties with HNI clients by designing tailored financial plans and delivering optimal investment advice.
- Lead the acquisition of new HNI clients through market research and effective sales strategies.
- Maintain robust client relationships and generate Assets Under Management from preferred clients.
- Support your team in advising Affluent clients on investments, managing their financial portfolios, and deepening wallet share.
- Research and update your team on available investment opportunities and market trends for suitable client portfolios.
- Coordinate closely with the product and research team to make informed investment decisions.
- Organize seminars and workshops to expand our client base and enhance brand presence.
- Proven experience in acquiring and managing HNI client relationships.
- Leadership skills to mentor and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, investment products, and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills to identify investment opportunities and assess client portfolios.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to advise high-net-worth individuals.
