Drive business growth and lead cross-functional teams in China as a key player in formulation business development.

This pivotal role brings synergy between the headquarter and country business to achieve aspirational objectives and leadership in the China market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing appropriate business strategies and models for formulation business growth, working closely with leadership teams to implement these initiatives and increase business scale, market leadership, and profitability.

• Providing support to China subsidiary business and joint venture operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership based on day-to-day requirements.

• Creating new business leads, converting them into opportunities, and closing deals with desired results, working with the country business team.

• Collaborating with corporate regulatory teams, backend teams, and the China team to ensure timely product registration submissions.

• Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and relationship-building capabilities to facilitate project completion with external authorities and resolve issues impacting project performance.

• Implementing contracts, addressing conflicts, ensuring compliance with country regulations, and policies, closely working with attorneys and the corporate legal team.

• Leading operational support for product launches to drive sales growth and profitability.

• Engaging with business partners for superior sales performance, closely working with marketing teams and tapping potential opportunities.

• Ensuring timely product supply to distributors/marketing partners and overseeing internal processes for swift turnaround times and adequate inventories.

• Managing country sales budgets, reviewing P&L, and maintaining command over receivables.
