Job Title: Business Performance Lead

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute various programs, services, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience in collating, reviewing, and preparing Governance materials (including minute taking) for Governance Committees is essential
  • Experience in partnering with other functions to prepare and present management information is essential
  • Ability to develop and design reporting and presentations suitable for senior management and executives
  • Strong people management and collaboration skills, working with stakeholders across an international footprint
  • Collaborate and consult with team members and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Highly organized, excellent time management skills, and detail-oriented with solid experience in delivering and managing competing priorities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
