The Role:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and tracking relevant government tenders and private opportunities.

You will be responsible for registration on e-Procurement portals, pre-bid meetings, and vendor registrations.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and build strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

About the Job:

  • Identify and track relevant government tenders and private opportunities
  • Registration on e-Procurement portals, pre-bid meetings, and vendor registrations
  • Prepare and submit tender documents in coordination with internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assist the Sales Lead in executing sales strategies and achieving targets
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights for business decisions
  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement
  • Ensure smooth order processing from purchase order to invoicing
  • Maintain and update customer databases, lead pipelines, and opportunity tracking in CRM tools

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and repeat business
  3. Provide regular updates to the Sales Lead on sales performance, tender progress, and customer feedback
  4. Monitor contract terms, SLAs, and follow up on payments to ensure compliance
