Strategic Banking Partnership Manager

The key responsibility of the Strategic Banking Partnership Manager is to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, non-bank financial companies (NBFCs), and financial institutions to expand products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners by researching their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with business objectives.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships and determine alignment with company objectives.
  • Negotiate agreements that ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
  • Drive growth by collaborating with partners to identify and implement joint opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach, preferably in the financial services space.
  • Experience generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with high-energy teams and adapt quickly to new situations.
