Regional Business Development Manager

This is a highly specialized role that demands extensive expertise in lead generation and business development. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic plans to drive new revenue streams and expand market share.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies tailored to the regional market conditions and business goals.
  • Design and implement campaigns to attract new business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a lead generation plan that aligns with business priorities and targets high-potential leads.
  • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, industries, and potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify inbound and outbound leads through thorough research, initial contact, and follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and messaging.
  • Provide insights into the regional market to help create effective campaigns that resonate with local prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, with a strong focus on driving new business opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry in which the company operates and familiarity with specific lead-generation tactics and challenges within the sector.
