Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Marketing Strategist, you will develop and execute marketing plans to drive business growth in your assigned region.

  • Develop local marketing programs to address specific regional challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners to understand their needs and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Propose and manage marketing budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute annual marketing calendars, including event tie-ups, channel promotions, and other visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and share insights with the Head of Marketing and Regional Sales teams.
Marketing Operations

You will be responsible for ensuring consistent branding across all marketing initiatives in the region.

  • Understand and adhere to branding guidelines to maintain brand identity.
  • Drive execution of BTL marketing activities by Channel partner teams, including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions, and other visibility initiatives.
  • Work with agencies to deliver and execute marketing campaigns, managing campaign budget and evaluating results.
  • Coordinate with local vendors to customize brand creatives while ensuring alignment to Corporate guidelines.
  • Identify local partners and methods for lead generation.
  • Participate in events or forums that offer opportunities for NMIMS to increase visibility.
  • Build and manage relationships with local media partners.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales teams to plan and execute new product launches.
Operational Excellence

You will be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation and MIS reports on all media-related activities.

  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and analyses, highlighting variances to the Head-Marketing.
Key Interactions

Internal Stakeholders: HODs at NCDOE. External Stakeholders: Vendors, University Departments, Marketing Agencies.

  • Manage a team of 1-2 members.
  • Responsibility for the annual budgets of assigned regional markets.
Requirements - Skills & Competencies

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and deliver against multiple priorities.
  • Strong ownership and customer focus.
  • Creativity, detail-oriented, and able to drive projects through to completion.
  • Proven experience in BTL, Activations, and events.
  • End-to-end program management experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Online and digital experience is an added advantage.
Requirements - Education & Work Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Events Organization and Execution, Marketing and Business Development.
  • Solid background in direct response/acquisition marketing.
  • Knowledge of Internet marketing and content management systems.
  • A solid understanding of sales and marketing functions (strategy, planning, forecasting).
