We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Liaison. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to parents, visitors, and staff.

This role reports to the Central Admin Head and the Senior Vice President - Administration at the Corporate Office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome parents, staff, students, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and direct incoming and outgoing calls, take messages, and handle inquiries as necessary.
  • Know the layout of our buildings, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and key areas.
  • Understand our mission, values, and fee structure to effectively represent us.
  • Assist with scheduling interaction and tour sessions.
  • Help teachers connect with parents via calls and meeting scheduling as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Provide information and assistance to parents, visitors, and vendors; direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate events such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and extracurricular activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, meeting coordination, filing, and document preparation.
  • Be knowledgeable about our board affiliations to represent us accurately.
  • Know the names and roles of key staff members (teachers, administrators, support staff).
  • Understand and communicate policies regarding attendance, dress code, and general conduct.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Manage and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Monitor and ensure security at entry and exit points.
