Job Title:
Front Office Support ProfessionalThis role plays a pivotal part in representing the front office as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting guests in a polite and professional manner, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous way.
- Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing them to relevant staff members.
- Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update office records and databases accurately.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents efficiently.
Educational Qualifications:
A graduate with proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a professional attitude and appearance, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask are also necessary.
Working Hours:
This role requires working six days a week.
