Job Overview
As a Front Office Professional, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk, greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, maintaining visitor records, and providing front-office administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and Assist Visitors: Manage reception desk, greet and assist visitors.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Front Office Administration: Maintain visitor records and provide general administrative support.

Personal Secretary to Promoter
The role also involves serving as a personal secretary to the promoter, which includes managing the promoter's calendar, scheduling meetings, setting reminders, handling confidential communication, documentation, and correspondence, and assisting in drafting emails and reports as required.

  • Calendar Management: Manage the Promoter's calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
  • Confidential Communication: Handle confidential communication, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Email and Report Support: Assist in drafting emails and reports as required.

Travel and Visa Coordination
You will also be responsible for arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries, handling visa applications, renewals, and related documentation, and ensuring smooth travel experiences through proactive planning.

  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Visa Applications: Handle visa applications, renewals, and related documentation.

Promoter's Home Affairs Coordination
Additionally, you will assist in managing personal household staff, vendors, and service providers.

Administration (20%)
You will also provide support in office administration tasks such as filing, record keeping, and coordination with vendors, assist in procurement and expense tracking, and handle general HR/administrative support as directed.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a Graduate (any discipline; Administration/Commerce preferred) with 1-5 years of experience in a similar role as Receptionist/Secretary/Executive Assistant.
