Job Title: Administrative Operations Specialist

The Administrative Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial records, including invoicing and billing, to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Supporting sales order processing, customer databases, and inventory levels to facilitate seamless sales operations.
  • Handling general administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling, and supply procurement.
  • Maintaining staff attendance, leave, and expense records, and providing consolidated reports to management.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the team as needed to support various projects and initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in office software (Excel; familiarity with Tally is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
