Job Title: Trading Operations Specialist

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic trading environment as an operational specialist. The operations team plays a critical role in ensuring that information and ideas are accurate, controlled, and efficient.

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between desk traders and other dealers, traders, or brokers. You will be responsible for assisting traders with all administrative tasks and projects, including maintaining trade positions, managing profit and loss (P&L) reports, and facilitating information exchange.

This role is distinct from traditional trading positions as there is no P&L risk associated with it. You will be expected to have a comprehensive "front-to-back" understanding of the trading lifecycle, from execution to end-of-day reconciliation.

You will play a vital support role in a fast-paced and highly intellectual environment, providing critical operational assistance while upholding exchange compliance and regulatory standards.
