Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Success Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in India.

About the Role

The Account Success Lead will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as superb leadership ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach in India.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Manage several customer accounts within a business and help drive revenue for them.
  • Maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
  • A proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Technical background required.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is ₹40-60 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
