Account Collections Lead

We are seeking an experienced Account Collections Lead to manage customer account collections and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of transitioning credit and collection processes, ensuring timely payments, and assigning tasks to outside agencies as needed.

  • Collections Analysis and Reporting

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing online bank statements, evaluating customer accounts, establishing payment plans, maintaining follow-up, and responding to invoice inquiries.

  • Daily Duties:
    • Review online bank statements
    • Evaluate customer accounts
    • Establish payment plans
    • Maintain follow-up
    • Respond to invoice inquiries

In addition to these responsibilities, the Account Collections Lead will also prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual collections reports and analytics.

  • Reports and Analytics

The successful candidate will foster a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures and protocols and assist with office housekeeping and other assigned tasks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 5-10 years of accounting experience

To excel in this role, the candidate must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of organizational collection policies, strong analytical skills to research accounts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
